These terms govern your use of the Zivya mobile app and this website. By creating an account, you agree to them.
Zivya is a cosmetic color tool, not medical advice. It does not diagnose or treat any condition. If you have a concern about your skin, see a dermatologist.
Who can use Zivya
You must be at least 17 years old. We ask for your date of birth at sign-up and you cannot run an analysis until your age is verified. Accounts that misrepresent age may be closed.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account. Tell us at hello@zivya.app if you believe someone else has access.
What you upload
You may upload only photos of yourself, or photos you have the right to use. Do not upload images of other people without their permission, or any content that is illegal or infringing.
You keep ownership of your photos. You grant us a limited licence to process them solely to produce your analysis and show it back to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Accuracy of the analysis
Zivya produces an estimate generated by an AI model. It depends heavily on lighting and photo quality, and it can be wrong. Product and shade recommendations are suggestions, not guarantees of a match. Always test a shade before you commit to it.
Free plan and subscriptions
- Your first analysis is complete and free, with no paywall over the result.
- After that, the free plan includes one analysis per month.
- Zivya Pro is available as a monthly or annual subscription with unlimited analyses, full history and saved routines.
- Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google, not by us. They renew automatically until cancelled.
- Cancel any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not refund the current period.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to reverse engineer the service, scrape it, overload it, resell access, or use it to build a competing product. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.
Availability
We work to keep Zivya running but we do not promise uninterrupted service. Features may change, and we may discontinue parts of the service with reasonable notice.
Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete all my data. We may close an account that breaches these terms.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zivya is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for cosmetic purchases you make based on a recommendation.
Changes to these terms
If we make material changes we will update the date above and notify you in the app. Continuing to use Zivya after a change means you accept it.
